Annie + Faulkner got married February 10, 2024. Their morning started out overcast and cloudy, but the second Annie got off the trolley at The Duke Mansion, the clouds lifted and the sun peeked out - I have truly never seen such perfect timing!

We started the day at The Duke Mansion in Charlotte, NC, then headed to their ceremony at St. Ann Catholic Church. After the ceremony, guests were welcomed at Providence Country Club with fun jazz tunes and brunch cocktails on the veranda. Since the couple was moving to New Orleans together after the wedding, we took that fun vibe and ran with it for the reception, featuring a Louisiana style band and passed beignets (that made the whole room smell incredible!)

Annie + Faulkner have my favorite send-off to date. They chose to do a New Orleans traditional second-line, with their 8-piece band playing them out the door in a processional to "For All the Saints". They hopped in Annie's dad's vintage Thunderbird and headed to their fun karaoke afterparty at Jeff's Bucket Shop.

Truly, their day was even better than I planned (and that's saying something!) We couldn't have asked for a better celebration to honor and cheer on The Herefords!
